Keana Red Series FAQ

“Baking Soda Scrub Wash” is a powder type face wash recommended for those who are concerned about blackheads and stiff dead skin cells. The scrub of baking soda lifts dead skin cells, removes away the blackheads and sebum without damaging the skin. Made from amino acid-based ingredients which lead to moist smooth skin after washing.

“Baking Soda Foam Wash” is a face foam wash recommended for those who are concerned about bumpy and rough pores caused by dryness. Creamy foam loosens and cleanses deep inside pores. It contains the moisturizing ingredients (hyaluronic acid, collagen) and leads to smooth skin without feeling tight after washing.

Although there are individual differences, normally it can be used for 1 – 1.5months.

No need to use a foaming net. Please lather up lightly with hands.

To strengthen the scrubbing effect, the foaming amount is suppressed.

Baking soda helps to melt down and scoop out clogged pores and sebum, as well as providing moisture to dried dead skin.

Definitely. It’s gentle on the skin and suitable as a daily use mask.

After opening the bag, please use it within 1 year.
Even within the expiration date, the quality may change depending on storage conditions.

Please store in a cool and dark place by avoiding a hot and humid environment, direct sunlight, and severe temperature change.

Please stop using it if there are unusual smells or abnormalities when using even within the expiration date.

You don’t need to wash your face after using this mask. Do gently massage the remaining essence on the face to make it well absorbed and ensure nothing goes to waste!

There are 10 sheets in one package. Just make sure you seal the bag back tightly after using to avoid the masks from drying out.

Toumei Shirohada White Mask does not use colouring. The colour of the serum is milky due to the fact that multiple ingredients are mixed and dissolved.
